Cardio Core Workout
Today's workout - cardio core Do it HIIT style with 1 minute of exercise and 30 seconds of rest. If you prefer less intensity, try it at 45 and 30. As always, adjust to your ability. HIIT = high intensity interval training
See below for a few of my favorite work out tunes.
Do each exercise for one minute and do the whole set 4 times total for 20 minutes of cardio (or more rounds if you like). 1 Bicycle crunch (laying on your back, alternating elbow to knee) 2 Knee repeater - 3 repeats then other leg 3 Superman swim (regular superman but moving arms in a swimming motion) 4 Mountain climbers 5 Windshield wipers (laying on your back, move both legs together back and forth in a wiper motion - keep your lower back on the floor (raise your legs if required)
