Missing your workout? This one is simple and easy to do and will get your heart pumping. Do it while watching your show or put on your favorite tunes (see below for some fun suggestions).

Do 4 rounds of 4 minutes each with one minute rest in between. Round 1 10 star jumps 30 mountain climbers Round 2 10 drop squats 30 jumping jacks Round 3 10 jump lunges 30 high knees Round 4 10 burpees (or inch worm) 30 seconds fast feet
