Trouble Losing Weight?
Having trouble meeting your goals? What you put in you will often have more impact that the exercise you are doing.
Try this .... For one week, track everything that you eat. Don't change anything you are eating, just track it ... but write down everything. At the end of the week, take a look at your list. Chances are, you will find some changes that you want to make. Sometimes, we are snacking more than we think we are, or indulging in the treats we love more often than we want to during the week.
Making smaller changes are usually easier to adjust to. There are lots of apps out there like MyFitnessPal that can help out here. Stay healthy my friends! 🍎
